OMB Returns
We accept returns on all merch orders (clothing, garments and accessories). All items must be in unworn, clean, unused and new condition. Items must be returned within 30 days from dispatch.
Cans of our beer can be returned for exchange or refund but we can only return of full orders (complete) and all cans must be undamaged and unopened.
We include a return address (unpaid) label with every order and a returns form.
Please complete the returns form so we know how to process your return (for example: refund or exchange).
Refunds are issued the same day we receive the return and payments are refunded to original payment source.
Exchanges are dispatched the same day we receive the return item unless we have to contact you for more info if the returns form isn’t completed.
Additional postage may be required to post exchange items for both UK and international. We will contact you if this is required.
