At Other Monkey Brewing, we take pride in the quality of our beers and want you to enjoy every sip. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right.
We aim to ensure minimal time from product packaging to order dispatch to ensure the best product possible. All our beers are unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, we advise keeping products refrigerated and away from sunlight to maintain quality.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of beer cans once they have left our premises, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe the beer is not up to standard:

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution at our discretion.
3. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, this does not apply to perishable goods such as beer. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Refunds cover the cost of the items and, if applicable, standard delivery charges.
5. Responsibility for Returns
If we request items to be returned (for example, incorrect goods), they must be unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed. We will cover return postage costs in these cases.
6. Age Verification
Please note that we can only supply alcohol to customers over 18 years of age. If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification, refunds will be handled at our discretion and may exclude delivery costs.
